Rate of Pay: $165,000 - $185,000/year

Job Duties:

Responsible for the development of interactive visualizations and data engineering for reporting views, used for decision making by non-technical users in the Janssen R&D organization. Deliver engaging and innovative data products, such as dashboards, to make data more accessible and useful to a scientific community and improve our clinical operations process. Partner with members of the Janssen R&D data science organization and other business leaders to build functional products that meet business needs, and apply human centered design to drive data insights. Shape strategy to upskill data visualization consumers and creators across the broader organization. Manage project intake, and prioritize projects within the team. Lead a Tableau development, and run multiple workstreams while addressing and incorporating changing priorities.

Requirements:

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Principal Data Scientist-related occupation.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$165,000 - $185,000/year

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
