skilled and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join its high-performing clinical and surgical team. This is a

About the Role As a
Surgical First Assist , you’ll be a vital presence in both the
operating room and clinic , supporting a full range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. You’ll work side-by-side with a leading plastic surgeon and provide comprehensive, hands-on patient care.
Key Responsibilities - First assist during cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries
- Provide post-op care including evaluations, wound care, and minor in-office procedures
- Conduct health histories and physical exams
- Help manage acute and chronic health concerns relevant to the specialty
- Work collaboratively with the surgical and clinical team
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures
What We’re Looking For - Master’s Degree from an accredited PA program
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Plastic Surgery (required)
- Excellent clinical judgment and surgical support skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional, detail-oriented patient care
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
