Nice to meet you! My name is Beth. I'm hoping to hire a dog-sitter for this weekend (Oct. 8-10) working in or near Lehi, Utah. Details: Echo is a 12-year-old Mini-schnauzer who loves belly rubs, neck scritches, and snuggles. She has back issues so she needs meds twice a day, but takes them nicely. Because of her back problems, she can't be around little kids or dogs bigger than her. She's great with cats. I would highly prefer a sitter that takes only one dog at a time. I would also prefer someone who will let her be with them on the sofa, and someone who would let her sleep with them at night, though she would be ok sleeping in her own bed in your room. She also has anxiety issues -- thus the meds. She is not destructive, but gets SO nervous when she's left alone. Because of that, I'd prefer someone that can be home with her most of the time. Retirees? Work-from-home people? Part of your reward is that you will have a new bff who will snuggle with you as long as you allow it.
