As a Marketing Associate , you’ll be the face of top national brands at live events, retail pop-ups, and in-store promotions . You’ll deliver memorable customer experiences while helping build awareness, boost sales, and drive brand loyalty.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Representing national brands at promotional retail events and pop-up activations

• Engaging customers through face-to-face interactions with a friendly, informed approach

• Educating customers on product features, promotions, and services

• Delivering energetic, personalized brand experiences

• Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance goals

• Logging interactions and performance data in CRM systems

• Participating in team huddles, training workshops, and ongoing development sessions

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus but not required)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Willing to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service
