Job Description CNC Programmer We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis mills, lathes, and mill-turn machines
- Design fixtures and tooling to support efficient setups
- Utilize CAD/CAM and machine simulation software to ensure safe, collision-free code
- Support new product introduction, quoting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to resolve issues and improve processes
Qualifications: - 3+ years of CAD/CAM programming and CNC machining experience
- Mill-Turn or 5-axis experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing best practices
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
